Processing Time
Print orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after purchase.
For original paintings, please allow 5 business days to ensure your paintings are packaged properly.
Shipping Methods
Within the Czech Republic:
- Shipped via PPL (address delivery)
- Flat rate: 108 CZK
All international shipments are sent via Czech Post – Insured Priority Parcel. Shipping pricing is automatically calculated at checkout based on destination.
Germany, Poland, Slovakia, Austria:
- Shipped via Czech Post – International Insured Priority Parcel
- Flat rate: 399 CZK
Rest of the world:
- Shipped via Czech Post – International Insured Priority Parcel
- 559–699 CZK (calculated at checkout depending on destination)
Insurance & Damaged Parcels
All packages are shipped fully insured.
If your outer package arrives visibly damaged:
- Please take clear photographs of the damaged packaging.
- Take photographs of the print and/or painting inside.
- Contact us as soon as possible with the images.
This documentation allows us to file an insurance claim. If the print is damaged and still available, a replacement will be provided free of charge. Since all paintings are original works, a replacement cannot be offered and the cost of the work will be refunded.
Customs & Import Fees
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required by their country.
Orders cannot be refunded or returned due to unpaid customs charges.
Tracking Issues
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact us within 3 days so we can investigate with the carrier.
