Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions:
- The print and/or painting must be returned in its original packaging.
- The print and/or painting must be shipped back insured according to declared price, otherwise a refund will not be available if the painting arrives damaged.
- The item must be in original, undamaged condition.
Refunds:
- Refunds apply to the product price only (shipping costs are non-refundable).
- Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
